Sous Chef

The Sous Chef’s duties will include but not limited to working with the other Sous Chef and/or alone in assisting the Executive Chef with the execution of events, shift leading staff, short order service, set up of daily kitchen operations, ordering, receiving, and execution of meals.

This position will fulfill the duties of line cook, detailed prep cook, shift leader, and floater for line server & dishwasher as needed.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week some overtime will be required.

This is a unique role as we do institutional cooking for up to 500 people, fine dining for up to 150 people and on site catering.

Candidate must have 5+ years kitchen commercial kitchen experience with 1+years of Sous Chef experience or an Associates degree with 1+ years of Sous Chef experience

Must be able to pass a level 2 background check and drug screening.

Package

Salary: 20 USD per hour
